The Jewish Magazine began online in 1997, a long time in Internet history. At that time, there were few sites that presented a varied view of what Judaism is and even today we find most sites pushing only one view. We support many view points.

After seventeen years of presenting a new magazine each month, we have stopped making new magazine but have left the Jewish Magazine online to be a repository so that all may enjoy at no cost the over 2,500 great articles of all types and views of Judaism.

We hope to be online for many years.
